Radiography and CT Imaging: Patient Care, Radiation Safety, and Image Production
This continuing education course provides a comprehensive, multimodality approach to modern diagnostic imaging. This course integrates essential principles of patient care, radiation protection, and image quality with advanced clinical application across both radiography and computed tomography. Learners will strengthen their understanding of communication strategies, patient assessment, contrast administration, dose optimization, and image evaluation while exploring the technical and physical factors that influence image production. Through practical examples and clinically relevant scenarios, technologists will develop the critical thinking skills needed to make informed decisions, optimize protocols, and enhance diagnostic outcomes.
